Getting Started as a Partner

Apply once, get approved, start referring

The Accountant Partner Program is for accountants and bookkeepers who want to refer their clients to illico Book.

Apply

Submit your application at illicobook.com/partners.html — full name, firm, how you plan to promote illico Book, and your preferred payment method.

Get reviewed

Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified once approved.

Get your referral link

Once approved, log in and go to your Accountant Hub — your personal referral link and code are ready immediately.

Start referring

Share your link with clients. When someone signs up through it and converts to a paid plan, you start earning.

How You're Paid

A milestone bonus, plus an ongoing monthly bonus for as long as clients stay

There are two parts to your commission — a milestone bonus once a client proves they'll stick around, and an ongoing monthly bonus after that for as long as they stay your client.

ℹ️ The milestone bonus pays after 60 consecutive active days. Once your referred client has been on a real, paid plan for 60 days straight, the milestone bonus credits automatically. The Loyalty Trail then starts the following month and continues for as long as they stay your client.
💡 Upgrades pay the difference. If a client upgrades to a higher plan after their milestone already paid, you earn the difference between the two tier bonuses — after another 60-day hold on the new tier. Your Loyalty Trail rate, though, updates to the new tier immediately, without waiting. A short payment hiccup (under 7 days) that gets resolved doesn't reset anything.

💡 Tip: Referred signups and converted-to-paid are two different numbers — someone can sign up through your link on the free plan and not generate commission until they actually upgrade.

Payment Methods

How your commission actually reaches you

Your preferred payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, Mobile Money, or other) is collected when you apply or when your account is set up, and shown to illico Book's team for processing payouts.

💡 Need to update your payment details? Contact your illico Book point of contact — payment method changes go through them, not a self-service settings page.
